Developing high valent metal mediated functionalization of aromatic C�H bonds to form new C�Y bonds;
Developing new catalytic systems to activate inert C-O bonds;
Transfering Oatoms from common oxidants such as O2 and H2O2 to C-H bonds or C=C bonds;
Transtion-metal-catalyzed CO2 activation;
Improving the efficiency of alkylation anticancer chemotherapies by evaluation of small molecule inhibitors for human AGT
